Master Auto Center is a very friendly place. I have been there a couple of times without making an appointment and they were able to assist me with my tire problem. Their front desk receptionist is very polite and helpful. The waiting period in my case has been very short and fast. I must say they do a very good job. First of all the receptionist was awesome! Prompt, friendly and informative. After calling a few other places that almost seemed offended I called it was really refreshing taking to her. She answered all my questions and explained the process well. The service was great as well. The mechanic treated me like a person and actually listened to what I was saying about my situation and the car itself. Taking into account what I had said came up with the most cost effective way to get me back on the road. He fixed the problem and was able to do it for far less than the quote they gave me based of the information they had got from me. He was genuine and honest. Such a rare find. I seriously paid 5 times less than anticipated because of his honesty. Highly recommended.

Friendly and quick service! I called in to check if they had my tire in stock, they did, I asked if they had availability today. He said come on in and we’ll get it changed. I showed up and he had the tire changed and fixed the leaky valve on my spare tire under 20 minutes!
