I bought tires online and needed them mounted. I wanted to avoid the mob scene at Costco or Walmart and these guys were able to do it same day, so I booked the appt., even though the price seemed a bit high. Turns out they charged me an hour labor for each tire, four hours total, even though the job was done by one guy in less than an hour. $250 to mount four tires. And I can’t find a single weight on any of my rims, so I don’t think they even balanced them.

Hey Dan. Thank you for your review. The item is listed as hour when it should be a Units. The program we used “protractor” does not allow us to change label. It is actually a quantity. Meaning 4 hour means 4 units. So sorry for confusion. $44.99 is not our mechanical hourly rate. So Sorry for the confusion. $44.99 is to dismount, remount, balance each tire. Than there is state mandatory disposal fee of $54.00 plus taxes and fees totaling $249.33. I hope this clarifies and explains the charges. Thank you for your support and have a great day!. Tommy Lee the owner of Master auto Center has explained that he and his team are sometimes careless and forgetful and that’s why my truck was stolen. That’s rite folks my truck was stolen while parts were on the way. Tommy explained that they forget to bring in my truck and left it parked in front of shop and after speaking with the police I found out that my truck had been stored on the street in front of Master auto center for a number of days. To me the carelessness and forgetfulness that the owner explained he and his crew deal with is what caused my truck to be stolen. Total inside job if you ask me. Now my truck of 18 years is gone. Please if you read this do not take your car here! After speaking with a number of people in the community it’s apparent that Master Auto Center is very unreliable and will probably try to steal your money by how they overcharge for labor and forget to work on your car because they just don’t care. Please beware!!!!

I took my Toyota Tacoma in for a coolant flush and an inspection in the suspension. They said I needed new lower ball joints as well. They said it didn’t have any play but the bushings were torn. The truck drives better now. Service: General repairs & maintenance
