They are very friendly, everyone there makes you feel like family they work with you and prices are negotiable, the owners are very friendly and staff and mechanics go the extra mile to get the job done. Went in to replace 2 front tires last year, I was told front breaks and alignment was needed as well. Took care of all of it, days later breaks were squeaking. This never happened prior to taking it to this shop. Took my car back hoping they could fix it. Wrong! I was then told my back breaks and rotors needed to be changed… since I had the money I figured get it done, they know what they’re talking about?! Left the shop once again, spent more money then expected and breaks STILL SQUEAKED! Just took my car into Royal Hawaiian tire & auto center and they fixed the problem the previous mechanic’s caused. Don’t trust them! Seems like they kept my car broken in hopes that I’d spend more money.

I’ve never felt so welcome in a car shop. Beautiful strong wife who knows how to run a business like its no big deal and a husband who can and WILL make you laugh. Tommy made me feel like i can take care of my truck, even if I do a job on my own. He doesn’t shove sales down your throat but he will tell you if something should seriously be considered.

I truly appreciate great customer service.. and the staff here are all great. My first visit back in June was treat– they were able to bring in my special tire within a day. I called them again this weekend because they’re close to home and service was great the last time. Only this time I needed an oil change and routine maintenance. Service was complete within an hour, recommendations of upcoming filter changes were mentioned and staff was just as friendly as the first time. Thank you!

Called for a last minute tire emergency. They had the tires with a great price. I was in and out within 30 min from showing up. Great fast service. My new spot !

Great personality but outrageous pricing. This was my go to tire spot for years but since they moved to a new shop and prices have more than doubled. I will be revisiting the big box stores after this experience. I was willing to pay a little extra but…$200 to mount four tires?

Tommy, Gary and their staff are FANTASTIC. Great prices, prompt service and quality work are an unbeatable and this local business provides that combo consistently, day-in and day-out; I always know what to expect when I go to their shop, which is for them to work on my car promptly, do quality work with quality parts, all while charging me and fair price and treating me like I matter. I can’t say more about Tommy and his team, A+++++

Any tire shop that checks to see if the tire can be repaired before even mentioning replacement get high marks for customer service. I had checked in with a nation chain that does good work but they said the wait would be over 4 hours. I dropped my car off at Master Auto Center, went out to get a coffee and my car was done before my coffee was.

The owner is a really friendly and straight up good guy! Always helpful.
