Masters Auto Center provided excellent care from start to finish I would highly recommend them.

I stopped Tommy along as he was performing a task and inquired if he could replace a fuel pump. He related to give him a call when he got to the shop. He was very accommodating and took my vehicle that day. I was relatively surprised when he called the next morning saying my vehicle was ready for pick. Not only was the work completed the same day, he gave a generous discount. Per chance I happened upon him, but he will be my go to shop from hence forth!

Excellent communication and follow through. Specialized parts for my car were ordered and I was updated throughout the shipping/receiving/repair process. More importantly, my car was repaired! Mahalo!

Tommy took care of me right away. Answered the phone. Fixed the car. I had an issue with understanding billing and Tommy called me right away to clear up the misunderstanding. I appreciate the communication and the service. I brought my car in for alignment and sub frame bushings. As the work was being done, Tommy noticed another part that needed to be changed and didn’t charge me for labor. Only the part. Since I’ve had the car back it’s driven like new. There seemed to be a little noise I noticed when driving the last few days and Tommy took me in right away to see if there any issues from the repair. All looks good and he didn’t charge me for the quick inspection. I recommend this shop. Just make sure to communicate exactly what you need and make sure you get a print out of your expenses. I’ve been using Master Auto Center for a number of years now and I really appreciate the great service provided by Tommy and his crew. They go above and beyond with their services and their rates are very affordable. They do more than tires. I just had an synthetic oil change and tire rotation on my 2020 Honda Civic. I saved a lot of money going to Master Auto Center vs the Honda dealership! Check em out!
