Very happy with the service! Honest & affordable!

I have been coming to Master Auto for years and Tommy has always assisted us. Though I may not always like the cost of items, that’s island living but I always know I’m being treated fairly. Tommy and John are very responsive. I feel like we have had so many services provided here and I don’t take my trucks elsewhere. When we did years again we ended up back with Master Auto to fix what was done.

Just needed oil change the I have been taking my car for over 3 years now. The car was ready and they never call me. They needed to do the 35.000 mile service they never called to ask if I wanted done. Horrible customer service this time.

Awesome guys! In and out service. Nice big facility. I’m glad I found them. I called them for the tires and found out they do a little bit of everything, so I had them change the oil while they were at it. They rotated the tires on my other truck at the same time. Definitely recommend them.

We are on island part time. We had some concerns because we had some warning lights being displayed in our BMW. I called first and spoke to Jason. I was provided info about the diagnostic process and cost. They were able to get us in with a day or two. I had them check out the vehicle and the brakes as well. We are on the borderline of needing brakes. They were not a hard sell and gave me pricing options regarding using standard or premium pads. They were not a hard sell and in fact they said we could wait a bit. Everything was very easy and automated. Received my invoice via e-mail. We will definitely take our BMW back for the brakes and future service. They were very friendly and have certified techs. We didn’t feel pressured or like they were trying to make a buck at our expense.

I have been going to Master Auto since I first got my used car 5 years ago. My 2007 CRV runs beautifully still and there have been several times when it did NOT. I am Autistic so finding a reputable, friendly, and HELPFUL auto shop is like finding gold. This place is pure gold. Always taken care of me when I’m at my most distressed and overwhelmed. Always provided clear descriptions about the work needed or how my car was broken. Always answers my questions and I usually have many. NEVER stops being 100% friendly even when sometimes I’m the last person keeping them from going home with my emergency. Most importantly, they help me to find financing so that I can get my car on the road asap. It’s actually helps build my credit score!! Oh yeah, they work really fast too. And guarantee their work. Plainly said, I will never go anywhere else on Maui.
