I don’t recommend. While the owner and his wife seem like very nice people, after several visits to the shop I finally realized that I have been swindled out of quite a bit of money. They have made mistakes in their work and refuse to fix it. They charge hundreds more for services than other shops, and even though their quotes literally say in writing that they will price match, they refuse to do so. They have insisted my car needed costly repairs when it did not. I have paid them more than $1500 in less than a year for unnecessary repairs before I figured out that they were being dishonest. Writing this review makes me very sad. I gave them every opportunity to make things right and they refused. I am posting this to hopefully save another unsuspecting person from going through what I did.

Tommy, Chassidy and crew…What an all around refreshingly positive experience! Everyone we dealt with a Master Auto was courteous, efficient and very helpful. They are extremely responsive and go above and beyond to give you the most fair prices and deliver on all their promises. They came in way lower in price and did great quality work on our vehicle in shorter amount of time. We are thrilled to discover this superv shop, will definitely use them again and highly recommend Master Auto center.

The first time I got a Used tire here it went flat the very next day. After 12 years I decided to give it a second chance. I called to see if they had a used tire they said they did but they were unable to give Tire prices over the phone. So I took my time to drive down there and they charged me $94.50 for a used tire. I called Costco and a new tire out the door was $113. My mistake I will never use his tire shop again and recommend you don’t either!

These a******’s charged me for $2400 To replace the rack and pinion or my 2002 Toyota Rav 4 and didnt even replace the F**king thing.

I have always had excellent service and reasonable rates.

I had Master Auto Center do an alignment on our truck and they were great!

I recently got a flat tire on my car and after running into a few shops that’s where a nightmare to deal with, this shop changed my outlook on a tire dealership. I think it was the owner that I met, but he was so friendly. He gave me a great rate and changed my tire in less than 20 minutes. I was amazing. I would highly recommend this company 100%.
