Bad service Very disappointing 🙁 I still do not understand why I went there when there are more places I m sure more professional

beware: they will rip you off!!! they charge $139 per hour for labor. they quoted over $250 to change a battery (not incl. the battery)!! with the battery they charge over $330…do not go here!! you have been warned!!

Don’t go here. Read all other poor reviews and make your decision. They will rip you off. If you do want them to do work for you, make sure you get a second opinion before agreeing to anything. I really wanted to like them because they are nice and charming and funny but they took advantage of my auto mechanic ignorance and grossly overcharged me to change air filter. $120 for a job that shoulda taken 5 minutes and $15 for new air filter. I felt completely duped. They also didn’t apply my diagnostic cost to repairs as promised. One positive thing that came from this is a greater desire to feel empowered in situations like this so I signed myself up to take an auto mechanics class so I won’t fall for crooked mechanics again.

Friendliness and compassion- a rare quality found now a days in auto repair. Go see them.

This place is amazing. Last week I had some serious break problems and went to another place to have them looked at, after that place failed me I searched for somewhere I could trust. I live around the corner from Master Auto Center so when I saw they did breaks I was excited to go see them. The owner went above and beyond to help me on a very stressful day, they were very reasonable on the price, they walked me through exactly what I needed and showed me so I knew they weren’t just trying to pad the bill. They had the work done quickly and he offered me every thing they could to help take care if me. I can’t stress enough how kind they are here. It’s been a week and the breaks are doing great, no other mishaps have arisen so I’d absolutely say A++ job. Fun side story, last year my daughter was walking our dog and got pretty badly hurt. The owner saw it happen, patched her up and brought her home to me. This is a company you can trust with the safety of your car and family.

The first time I got a Used tire here it went flat the very next day. After 12 years I decided to give it a second chance. I called to see if they had a used tire they said they did but they were unable to give Tire prices over the phone. So I took my time to drive down there and they charged me $94.50 for a used tire. I called Costco and a new tire out the door was $113. My mistake I will never use his tire shop again and recommend you don’t either!

I’m bummed. I came in after my girlfriend got her alignment done here. She said it was awesome. I came in to get mine done. They took it In then told me my ball joints need replaced. I said ok, can you align it best you can until I can afford to get that done? They said no come back when they are done. My new tires will wear funny until I can come up with the money which will cost me more in long run. They bid the job for $900. I looked at part it was $20 not sure why so much. I will not be back

I recently got a flat tire on my car and after running into a few shops that’s where a nightmare to deal with, this shop changed my outlook on a tire dealership. I think it was the owner that I met, but he was so friendly. He gave me a great rate and changed my tire in less than 20 minutes. I was amazing. I would highly recommend this company 100%.

I thought I’d actually found a shop where I wouldn’t get screwed. Couldn’t get the owner to return my calls. He really seemed to be a great guy, but I don’t think he knows what’s going on, he didn’t even know I’;d put down a deposit. ( I had just prior had her there and spent a bundle) Next time I pick up truck and steering wheel upside down. That was fixed right then. Got home and steering wheel won’t lock(it’s not the tumblers, like one of the mechanics tried to say. The lock is only 4 yrs old, as whole column was repaired and rebuilt at dealership) the wiper washer isn’t hooked up(that too also worked before) The right signal won’t work at all now. I’m so disgusted. I’m actually terrified that if they’d own up and fix it, something else would get screwed up that I’d have to pay for. It’s reassuring to know that you can’t return calls, but can respond to a review. What happened to your previous response posted right after my review, the one about how you did the best you could? At least you were being honest. Now you’re blaming it on finances. I paid for an addional fuel pump and welding that I didn’t need. The wiper/signal arm isn’t installed correctly and parts that were working when I brought the vehicle to you, weren’t working after you had it…and you got paid handsomely for it! There are two things I detest, one is a liar and the other is a thief.
