Tommy and staff were terrific! It is unusual to find an auto repair place that actually treats their customers like royalty. Service was quick and reasonable! I had taken my truck to a competitor who was recommended as “cheap” and they wanted to charge me $1,500, not counting two new tires. Tommy got me two new tires and replaced just the parts that needed replacing and not my whole front end; all for $920. Highly recommend

If you need tires – THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! I got approved for a $2500 line of credit with NO CREDIT CHECK within a few short minutes. I was able to get my dream tires – big, fat Achilles Desert Hawk Mud Terrains that look amazing on my SUV. They were beyond friendly and kind to me and my two small children. To top it all off, they surprised me with a FREE OIL CHANGE which I have been needing to get done for months. THANK YOU Tommy and staff for making my day, my month, and possibly even my year! Top shelf service at SR Discount Tire!! Needed a flat repair and was able to “drive-in” without needing to make an appointment. Service was welcoming, honest, and quick!! Technicians were really friendly and polite – the flat repair (had a long screw all up in my tire) as well as a tire rotation only took about 45 minutes from when we pulled up. Affordable too!! Super nice waiting room – it was clean and spacious with small snack offerings as well as coffee and water. Also a customer bathroom. They also have some chairs out front of the office too.

Run while you can Very misleading Will have too many issues to list on your vehicle your charges should be around a few hundred but Tom will get you to pay over a grand and make you feel like your being helped by him. No licenses for the business posted No real automotive licensing. Scam scam scam. Run while you can.

Great Customer service. Staff was very friendly. Purchased 4 new tires and was a very good price. I paid $600 out the door. Service was quick, I was out of there in less than an hour. The technician was very knowledgeable. I busted a lug stud over tightening it a while ago and he replaced it while doing my tire change. Of course he got my ok first. The service girl was very friendly and cordial. They even have a customer waiting room with free wifi and coffee. Helps on a rainy day like today. The tires feels awesome. I drove it home to Lahaina with no issues. Pushing my runner to 65mph with no issues. The price and service was A+. I was quoted $800 plus at Costco. Quoted $1400 at tire warehouse, Lahaina. Goodyear was $900. Well worth my trip to Waiehu. Would Highly Recommend this place to others….Keep up the Great Work….

Friendly service. I busted a lug stud when rotating my tires a while ago and warned them about it before they started. The tech found the broken stud and replaced it while doing my tire change. The extra charge was about $20. All in all a very great experience. The girl was friendly and quoted me a great price. The mechanic was very quick, I was in and out of there in under an hour. With 4 new tires and a new lug nut…Tires look great and feels great. I drove home to Lahaina with no issues. I pushed my runner to 65mph and no issues what so ever. Price was very nice, just over $600 for all 4 new tires. Would be around $580 if they didn’t have to replace the stud that I broke..lol…Well worth my time to drive to Waiehu.

Great customer service with aloha . Bought 4 tires from them and one had a leak. Brought it back and it was a simple valve stem issue. Note that they moved location recently. Great service , great people . Thank you team
