I ended up in a weird situation where I had locked lug nuts but didn’t have the lug nut key. They squeezed me in without an appointment and had speedy service. They removed all locked lugnuts and got new tires on for me at a decent price. I will be coming back and will recommend their service to others! They can do all sorts of car work, not just tire stuff too!

Got my wheel alignment and now its pulling to my passenger side. Definitely not recommended for alignment here. But Good service and friendly.

Friendly service. I busted a lug stud when rotating my tires a while ago and warned them about it before they started. The tech found the broken stud and replaced it while doing my tire change. The extra charge was about $20. All in all a very great experience. The girl was friendly and quoted me a great price. The mechanic was very quick, I was in and out of there in under an hour. With 4 new tires and a new lug nut…Tires look great and feels great. I drove home to Lahaina with no issues. I pushed my runner to 65mph and no issues what so ever. Price was very nice, just over $600 for all 4 new tires. Would be around $580 if they didn’t have to replace the stud that I broke..lol…Well worth my time to drive to Waiehu.

was very disappointed! went in for a a/c recharge. quote was $159. was told the a/c needed a new evaporator, suction hose, valve with a total of $1500. I was a little shocked.. said sorry got to think about this. they said we can finance this if I needed. I said I still need to think about this.. charged me $159 for the diagnostic test!!? I asked what the hour charge was and it was $105/hr. They said since you came in for the a/c maintenance service we got to charge you for that even though they didn’t recharge or did maintenance on it. It took less than an hour to check it. I paid and left a little confused and felt had.. Wanted to get a second opinion. Went to A K auto in Kahului. They looked at my car and told me I just need a recharge and maintenance. Cost was $ 159. Picked up my car and A/C was all good.. I was super stoked on the straight forward family run business.at A K Auto. Can’t believe how master auto can do business by trying to rip off people.. I will never recommend anyone to go there…Maui stay small and if you don’t do right it will come back. I lost $ 159 there , but learned a good lesson on getting a second opinion. Maui people beware of Master Auto care. This is not right to try scam people..

Staff and mechanic was great. Went in to perform a front wheel alignment after lifting my truck. They took me in the day I called and performed repair in less than an hour. At the end the mechanic explained to me about the adjustments performed. I would come here again for tire and alignment services.

Donovan was really helpful over the phone and just as personable in the office. He quoted us a good price and a 3 hour window and they delivered as promised. Tommy was very quick in his social media messaging and funny! He identified some other auto issues that we were aware of and I’;m sure we will return when ready to complete the work.
