All 4 brakes done, including rotors, some calipers, and the sway links on a 2003 Subaru Baja..perfect! Julius and the other technicians did a great job, very careful, precise, and attended to the details that make a complex job work right. Better service than the box-box stores, and as a bonus they found and fixed a rattle that other shops couldn’t find. The cost for the job was perfectly reasonable and every step of the way they kept me up-to-date on the process. Highly recommended!

Went in with no appointment, before I could even show them which car it was they had the tires ready to go. They changed both tires before I could walk back from foodland, it took maybe 15-20minutes max on a walk-in which is incredible. Definitely my go to from now on.

Customer service all around the house from these guys was on point! They gave me options before purchasing a new tire. They took off my tire to do a leak check, and found a nail stuck inside. So we went with patching the tire since the tire is less than a year old. There was 2 other cars ahead of me, but i went expecting a long wait. That wasnt the case at all. In and out maybe close to an hour. But if i did decide to go with a brand new tire, their prices are the lowest…

This was our first time at this shop. They fixed our brakes and a whining noise in the engine. I thought the charges were fair and the service was exceptional. We went into the shop later in the day and they had our SUV up on the hoist within 10 min. They gave us an estimate and the next morning we had the job done.

Really bummed as I was hoping for much better based upon the reviews. I just returned from getting my oil changed on a 2015 Tacoma. Lifted my hood when I got home to double check oil level after service and found engine oil everywhere on my engine block and elsewhere. It was apparent that the service person did not follow the procedure of placing a drain hose in the oil filter catchment cup to allow oil to drain into a container, rather than all over the engine, hoses and everything else. I likely would not even have looked under the hood when I got home , but when I was leaving the service establishment, I noticed my engine warning light still on and asked if they would reset it. They did not know how, but they said they could Google it. So that was the red flag for me that had me looking under the hood. $101 for an oil change, wth much of my old oil all over my engine. I can do an oil change myself but choose not to most of the time, simply for the convenience of not having to deal with taking the old oil to a proper recycling drop-off. Needless to say, I’ll not be returning here for oil change or to buy the new tires I need in 5k more miles. And for the record, I did call them and let them know that they need to have someone trained on how to properly do an oil change with a Toyota truck….which there are many of on this island. I was hoping perhaps my call might prompt some sort of offer to make amends with a partial refund or some gesture of service goodwill, but all I was told was that they’re sorry and will tell the boss. Guess my lazy days are over and I’ll be doing my own oil changes again. The staff were nice and I like the local style vibe of the shop, but having to clean up the mess in my engine was ultimately not worth the hassle. To the staff at SR, a customer complaint is an opportunity to improve, which I hope you all do because I’d really like you all to be successful and profitable. Malama pono.

This automotive shop is amazing. Super sweet and helpful receptionist. They scheduled to see my jeep in within 30 min and immediately I.D the problem and started fixing it. Affordable and honest mechanics that made me feel comfortable about how to fix my jeep and how to take care of it.

Personable, knowledgeable, and reliable – everything you want in an auto repair shop.We just arrived on the island from California and I took my 2006 GMC Yukon for new brakes and shocks and they stayed with it until it was done – even a bit “after hours” to make sure I got it back the same day. The final bill was even a little less than quoted because a part of the estimated work didn’t need doing – can you imagine that!
