I think this business is closed called on 3/28/17 multiple times no answer or voicemail message. Revision…. So they are still open still can’t figure out why they didn’t answer the phone when I called 5 times. In any case I was able to make an appointment and got my vehicle aligned. They were quick and efficient no waiting my car went right in and was out quickly.

Delightful folks, great service… a bit difficult to locate as you can’t see it from the street. I suggest you put the address and phone number on the website mobile ap so folks can find you easier. But my experience was delightful… especially the lady who helped me (at the front desk). Very efficient, friendly and helpful!

Awesome customer service! The female receptionist was friendly and informative regarding prices and services provided. Being a female and someone who knows nothing about cars I didn’t feel rushed like I normally feel in other auto shops. The receptionist took the time to thoroughly review what the mechanic did and explain what recommendations they had for my car (change of air filter and some kind of leak). She knows her stuff! Another plus is their affordable prices. Honda dealership charges $50+ just for an oil change. I paid $89 for an oil change and multi point inspection. This will be my new go to shop for any mechanical/tire needs. Mahalo for all your help, patience, and fast & efficient service.

I got my two front tires replaced here as well as my alignment, highly recommend. The people here were so friendly and helpful and were able to squeeze me in for a same day appointment. I had called several other places and received unhelpful and half ass answers. From calling around I have found most places don’t even offer same day appointments, but rather expect you to walk in and wait for a possible slot, but Kai, the desk employee at SR got me an appointment and worked out a great price for the tires and alignment. After all is said and done I am happy with the service and the work done.

Definitely 5 Stars!! The service was awesome, knowledgeable staff, Brandy was the icing on da cake. Very helpful and courteous and…fast, honest, complete service. I would recommend them to everyone and I will be using their services again soon.
