I would give these guys (and gals) 10 stars if I could! I trust their service and recommendations 110%. Tommy and his team are super friendly and ALWAYS willing to go out of their way to help me out and explain everything to me (I don’t know much about cars and tires). When my tire pressure monitoring system light came on (one day after they had — for free — re-inflated my tires because of low tire pressure), I called them in a panic and they said to come on in. They quickly figured out what was going on and fixed it and clearly explained everything that was going on to me. It means the world to me that they are there for their customers just like family would be. Tommy also provided great advice earlier this year regarding buying new tires. I will DEFINITELY be going back and sending others there!

I got my two front tires replaced here as well as my alignment, highly recommend. The people here were so friendly and helpful and were able to squeeze me in for a same day appointment. I had called several other places and received unhelpful and half ass answers. From calling around I have found most places don’t even offer same day appointments, but rather expect you to walk in and wait for a possible slot, but Kai, the desk employee at SR got me an appointment and worked out a great price for the tires and alignment. After all is said and done I am happy with the service and the work done.

Called to inquire about pricing on a used tire was given price for a new tire and was told it would be “anywhere” below the cost of a new tire. Naturally I tried to get a more definitive answer than “anywhere” as I am all the way upcountry with a limited budget and reliant upon the kindness of a friend willing to give me a ride into town. After asking repeatedly about the prices of the used tires the only answer given besides “anywhere” below the cost of a new tire was that the used tires are outside and I would have to come and choose one. Perhaps I was not clear that the purpose of my call was find out a price BEFORE I ARRIVED! I don’t have much money to spend but what little I have will not be spent with a shop that employs a staff to lazy to remove their ass from a chair to assist a potential customer.

Love love LOVE these guys! Tommy and his team are super friendly and helpful. I just bought a jeep and had them check it out before I purchased and I look forward to working with them for my aftermarket additions. I had visited a couple other local places for quotes before stopping in SR Discount Tire and I just felt like I was getting dicked around because I’m a female. Tommy actually sat down with me and got in the computer with me to pick out rims/tires for my jeep. The customer service was THE BEST and though this shop is out of the way for me they definitely have 100% of my future business and referrals!

Wow – what a wonderful place to do business! I am so impressed!! I am a single mom, on a painfully tight budget, and desperately needed new tires for my car. Discount Tire and Automotive had the least expensive tires – they even beat Costco’s prices. I took my car in and they had them on in no time. All the people there were super friendly and personable. The fellas checked my brakes, at my request, and told me the front brake pads would need to be replaced in a few months, but the back pads were fine. These folks could easily have taken advantage of me and said I needed new pads/brakes, etc, but they didn’t!! They were just as honest as could be. It was SO refreshing to do business with these kind folks!! I recently had an issue with a slow leak in my tire, so when I took my car in for the free tire rotation (for getting my tires there) they found a nail in the tire and fixed it at no charge! Who does that nowadays!? And again, it was all done very efficiently, and I was out of there before I could get my grocery list done. : ) I highly recommend Discount Tire and Automotive. I will never take my car anywhere else. They have proven themselves to be an honest and reputable car repair service. I am very grateful to have found them!!
