I have to say they always fix their mistakes. it is rare on Maui to find a shop that will admit they are wrong and fix the problem even of i had to stay in the shop until from 1pm to 8pm that night, the second time John the manager did not do my alignment right i had to heckle with him a bit but after 39 minutes he put my ranger on the lift and fixed the alignment properly

We got all 4 of our tires replaced here. Great customer service and prices! I visited/called a lot of places to inquire and Master Auto was by far the best! Not only was I looking for competitive prices but also people who care about their customers. Wait wasn’t too long either.
